The Country-Level Institutional Assessment and Review (CLIAR) is a methodological framework designed by The World Bank Group team to enhance the integration and data-driven nature of Bank’s institutional diagnostics and policy dialogues at the country level. My role in this project as a consultant during 2021 and 2022 involved contributing to the development of the initial dashboard prototype, incorporating raw data, translating existing Stata scripts into R, and developing the backend for comparative indicator analysis.
